Blackinton R. 'Brandy" Bottle or Flask Marker Antique Early 1900s Sterling Silver
• Materials: sterling silver
• Maker: R Blackinton Co
• Approximate Year: c1900
• Size: 7.25"
This wonderful antique "ID bracelet" (meant to mark a bottle or flask) has the name "Brandy" etched onto a crescent moon-shaped piece, with silver chains attached. The chain and name plate is 7-1/4" long, and the name plate is 2-1/8 x 5/8" and is marked on the back "Sterling" with the R Blackinton Co. mark.
R. Blackinton silver is highly collectible, and they produced silverware, cigarette cases and the like. This item is probably form the late 1800s to early 1900s. I will lightly polish it only on request; otherwise it will be shipped with the age-related patina intact.
It will be shipped in a gift box.
