Black Bangle Bracelet Probably Bakelite Vintage Jewelry

Though this bracelet does not test positive with the usual tests for Bakelite, I am quite sure it is either Bakelite or one of the earlier plastic materials. It is definitely not lucite. It is slightly smaller, with a 2-1/2" inside diameter. The bracelet has a "softer" look from the age-related patina (very fine scratches).
